Our Repair Process
Our repairs take 2-3 business days to be turn around. You can track your devices using your OID (order tracking ID). Our process is as follows.

Day one: Schedule a repair for your device using our form

Day of pick-up: Pick up vehicle will come to your doorstep and will lift everything
​
Day after Pick-up: We will repair your device and in that time frame you may track and also call us regarding the device.
​
Day after repair: Your order will be delivered too you facility upon our scheduled time and basis
